Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Frae account at any time from within the app.

How to delete your account

Open the Frae app on your device.
Go to Settings (tap your profile picture, then the gear icon).
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Enter your password to confirm.
Your account will be scheduled for deletion.

What happens next

Active invitations, friendships, device tokens, and active events you organise are removed immediately. Past participation is anonymised. These changes cannot be restored.

Your remaining account record has a 30-day grace period. Signing in during that period cancels final deletion, but does not restore data already removed.

After 30 days, the remaining account record is permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

What deletion changes

Active invitations and their availability responses are removed immediately.
Friend connections and group memberships are removed immediately.
Active events you organise are cancelled for everyone.
Past participation is retained only in anonymised form.
Your remaining profile, notification history, and authentication credentials are deleted after the grace period.
